How it All Started
On Saturday, August 6, 2022, the Oil of Establishment was made on the Altar of Reconciliation and Equality at Continental Park (4 Fenwick Road, Fort Monroe, VA 23651). During the event, a prophetic declaration was released, confirming a promise the Lord had spoken years prior.
The servant of the Lord released a prophetic word in confirmation, 'God says, at the right time, I am going to give you a curriculum; a curriculum; a curriculum; a curriculum; a curriculum; a curriculum.' (See video of prophetic declaration below).

PILLARS is a Bible-based institute under The Outgivers Ministries (TOMS), led by visionary Pastor Kwame Mukong. Founded on December 15, 2022, PILLARS was established through prophetic guidance from the Lord to Min. Mildred Mukong, the institute's instructor.
Following Exodus 25:40, PILLARS was set up to build according to the pattern shown on the 'mountain'.
The goal of PILLARS is to systematically build God's house (us), as mentioned in Hebrews 3:6 (NIV). We are God's house if we hold firm to our confidence and hope. This building process is ongoing daily.

Every house, including God's house, is built systematically on pillars. PILLARS aims to properly lay foundations in God's house (you). Currently, the mandate is to establish the foundation of the Lord's Supper.

Through PILLARS, the Lord intends to bring:
- Encounter
- Transformation
- Enlightenment
- Kingdom Advancement
- Kingdom Enlargement

- Every Thursday, 7pm - 9pm EST
- 15 weeks, totaling 30 hours
- Season 4 Orientation: Thursday, January 8, 2026
