WE SERVE A RELATIONAL GOD.....
The mandate of The Outgivers Ministries (TOMS) is to help relationships thrive through the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. The success of every relationship is hidden in the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. The scriptural foundation of TOMS is John 3:16 (KJV) “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.
WHO WE ARE
The mandate of The Outgivers Ministries (TOMS) is to help relationships thrive through the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. The success of every relationship is hidden in the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. The scriptural foundation of TOMS is John 3:16 (KJV) “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.
We serve a relational God and in His attempt to restore our relationship with Him, He gave His Son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. Through our acceptance of His Son as Savior and Lord of our lives, we are guaranteed a new life and a new approach on how to do relationships better. The outcomes of His "outgiving" are the building blocks of TOMS, and abounding in Christ-like qualities is our lifestyle.
In John 3:16, we discover the nature of God as the Ultimate Outgiver. We acknowledge that the basis of our relationship with Him is that He gave to us in such a measure that we cannot give back. We are inspired to encourage children of God to go into every relationship with a mindset of "outgiving" the other party or parties in that relationship.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe the Kingdom lifestyle has not been reserved to be expressed only within the four walls of a worship center or only in the gathering of Christians. Rather, it is a way of life for the believer - every day, everywhere.
We believe that sons of God have the ability and potential to influence every environment in which they find themselves. As a result, they are encouraged to live life conscious of their new identity. This is only possible when a person comes to the understanding that God sent His only son Jesus to die on the cross for the salvation of everyone who believes in Him.
We believe that sons of God ought to be fruitful and productive in life and such cannot be achieved apart from Christ and the Kingdom. Fruitfulness and productivity in the life of the sons of God should be evident in their character and daily lifestyle.
We believe that knowledge of God’s word concerning a situation is directly related to how well a person will excel in life. Therefore, on the foundation of this understanding, we aim to equip the body of Christ through biblical based teachings with the necessary tools needed to abound in Christ-like qualities.
We believe that sons of God must live their lives guided by biblical principles. As a result, we aim to uncover biblical principles to the body of Christ that will help them replace ignorance with knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.
We believe that in the Kingdom, sons of God are contributing members. Therefore, our goal is to help them recognize their abilities and capacities through bible based teachings. Therefore, our teachings are focused on bringing clarity to the attributes that help enhance spiritual growth and maturity.
We believe that spiritual growth is sustainable growth and sons of God should daily take responsibility in actively building up their lives using the word of God as the building blocks.
We believe that excellence should be the daily lifestyle of the sons of God, and excellence enhancer in the Kingdom is the word of God.
We believe that, as new creations in Christ, we prevail! We prove to be more powerful than other operating forces by demonstrating the power of God and by our lifestyle. We aim to be correct and current in dividing the word of truth in order to sustain prevalence and relevance.
