The mandate of The Outgivers Ministries (TOMS) is to help relationships thrive through the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. The success of every relationship is hidden in the knowledge of God and Jesus our Lord. The scriptural foundation of TOMS is John 3:16 (KJV) “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.  The outcomes of the "outgiving" of His Son Jesus are the building blocks of TOMS, and abounding in Christ-like qualities is our lifestyle.

Our Mission: The Outgivers Ministries helps individuals who have received Jesus as Savior and desire to grow in their walk with Him to a place where He becomes Lord in their lives.

Our Vision: To encourage believers to grow in the knowledge of the word, become excellent in its implementation and prevail in their relationship experiences.

We also have an assignment to purposefully fulfill the Great Commission as stated in Matthew 28:16-20 (NIV) - "Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

We do so by training leaders on a "Global Discipleship Platform"; then encourage them to help others become disciple-makers.
